Becoming a homeowner is not easy, we want to be a helping hand to make it a reality for you. Temple credits €1000, in a savings account to any New Future Owners.

No Hidden Fees

Rent is the same as market rent, and the purchase price of the home is valued by a 3rd party, Temple charges a 3% broker fee , when you buy the home and that's it!
